Reservation Policy
- Booking and Check-in should be the same person. Please provide a valid ID for verification.
- Check-In – 15:00~20:00. The room will reserve till 20:00, except notify us in advance of arrival time.
- Check-out – before 11:00, and NT$150 per hour for late check-out.
- No extra bed service, each additional person will charge NT$300.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
- If you apply for a refund 10 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will reserve your order for a full month or refund the full deposit.
- If you apply for a refund 7 to 9 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 50% of your deposit.
- If you apply for a refund 4 to 6 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 60% of your deposit.
- If you apply for a refund 2 to 3 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 70% of your deposit.
- If you apply for a refund 1 day prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 80% of your deposit.
- If you apply for a refund on the day of your check-in date, you will be considered a checked-in guest and will be charged the full deposit.
- When we make refunds through wiring and fail to do so because of customers’ negligence, the loss will be borne by the customer.
- Note: Different online booking service provider has a different cancellation policy.
How we define Weekdays and Holidays
- Weekdays – Sunday to Friday.
- Holidays – Saturday, the day before the national holiday.
