Reservation Policy

  • Booking and Check-in should be the same person. Please provide a valid ID for verification.
  • Check-In – 15:00~20:00. The room will reserve till 20:00, except notify us in advance of arrival time.
  • Check-out – before 11:00, and NT$150 per hour for late check-out.
  • No extra bed service, each additional person will charge NT$300.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Notify us of your check-in date and desired room, we will reserve your room if available. Please make your booking deposit within 72hrs in order to reserve your right.

Online Booking Policy

  • The customer will be charged a deposit in order to reserve the room and keep the price.
  • Sales tax and service charge included in all prices.
  • All types of rooms are limited, please book as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you apply for a refund 10 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will reserve your order for a full month or refund the full deposit.
  • If you apply for a refund 7 to 9 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 50% of your deposit.
  • If you apply for a refund 4 to 6 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 60% of your deposit.
  • If you apply for a refund 2 to 3 days prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 70% of your deposit.
  • If you apply for a refund 1 day prior to your check-in date (not inclusive), the hotel will charge 80% of your deposit.
  • If you apply for a refund on the day of your check-in date, you will be considered a checked-in guest and will be charged the full deposit.
  • When we make refunds through wiring and fail to do so because of customers’ negligence, the loss will be borne by the customer.
  • Note: Different online booking service provider has a different cancellation policy.

How we define Weekdays and Holidays

  • Weekdays – Sunday to Friday.
  • Holidays – Saturday, the day before the national holiday.
  • The definition of weekdays and holidays are subject to change without notice.
